It has been a very interesting journey since the time I was asked to work on lullabies for the ISA project. It is a very unique subject to work on and my journey had been both exiting and challenging; exiting because it concerns an universal philosophy of a human bonding particularly of a mother and child through the medium of music and challenging because I had to work on various aspect to make this topic more relevant than just teaching them the music.
During the entire course of learning and than teaching our children the lullabies I was happy that students really showed interest. They were open to sing, learn and understand the meaning of these Lullabies of different nations.
Lullabies are not just a piece a melody to learn but a saga of human bonding that unfolds the road of sub conscious mind through tunes that is sung in a groove.
